The IDS Cologne is the largest and most influential dental trade fair in the world, bringing together manufacturers, distributors, clinicians and industry leaders from across the globe. In 2025, we provided full operational and communication support for Diplomat Dental, coordinating all aspects of the company’s presence at this prestigious event.
Our responsibilities covered a complete project workflow — from booth concept and construction management to branding, event coordination and on-site media production. Working closely with external partners, we ensured a seamless execution of all activities, including vendor selection, logistical arrangements, visual identity implementation and promotional actions before and during the fair.
To maximize visibility, we developed and delivered communication supporting Diplomat Dental’s participation in IDS, alongside in-event activities designed to attract visitors and reinforce the brand’s positioning.
